I am Dr Alok, pleased to answer your health related queries.
If you have ankylosing spondylitis, sazo is a good drug, But I usually, prefer not to give more than 2 gram per day.
It is a safe medicine, very occasional any side effect.common side effect are--stomach upset, elevation of liver enzyme, low sperm count but no effect on libido.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, if you have classical history and HLA B27 positive. Then there is no need of MRI.
What was your x ray?
If you still have pain, it means, your disease is not under control, you need to take next stage of medicine.
Are you on Nsaids?
Are you under treatment of a rheumatologist? You are talking treatment from dr XXXXXXX gatani. Is he a rheumatologist?
Only rheumatologist can evaluate and treat AS accordingly.
There is no permanent cure of this disease. But it is well treatable.
