Question : I wlold like to find the best titrate for discontinuing Serzone .I have been on for twenty years and am on 20 mg .

Hi,

Am so sorry to hear about these with difficulties withdrawal side effects. Seen the dose and the duration of treatment, we have to be very gentle tampering this drug off. I recommend the follow plan: Before we get there, I will like to know what your daily dose is. 20mg seems unconventional and this might be 200mg wrongly spelled out. Can you please confirm this? If it were 200mg, I will propose the following plan.

Week1: 150mg daily
Week2: 100mg daily
Week3: 50mg every
Week4: 50mg every other day
Week5: 50mg every 3days
Week6: STOP
