Question : I have been using Surgilube as lubricant for catheterization for several years. Do you know of any negative health effects of using Surgilube?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been using Surgilube Jelly for self catheterization since many years.
Surgilube is a sterile bacteriostatic water soluble jelly used as a lubricant prior to catheterise bladder for easy comfortable insertion of catheter ..and has not been reported to have any serious side effects even after using for a long period of time .
