Question : I took 2 tapentadol by mistake is it harmful. 50mg ones

Hi welcome to Health care magic, Tapentadol is a narcotic pain reliever.

That means it has action on brain. It can therefore cause sedation if double dose is taken.

It can also damage liver and cause breathing problems.

I will advise you to drink a lot of water, try not to sleep for 6-8 hours and avoid alcohol and any other sedatives.

If you feel breathless or nauseous, see your doctor.
