Hi & Welcome.

This medication is found to be safe & effective for patients with erectile dysfunction.
However, it can cause the following side effects:
Headache, decreased BP in some people and increased BP in some,
Flushing, nasal stuffiness, dyspepsia, painful erection of the penis that may last for 3 - 4 hours, Vision changes or blurring of vision.
