Brief Answer:
It is a normal reaction until Zoloft takes effect. Take a benzodiazepin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

It is a common reaction to feel worse when starting to take Zoloft. It will start taking full action after 2-3 weeks, when you will feel completely better.

Meanwhile, it is recommended to use a benzodiazepin too, which can help you feel better in this period. Talk with your doctor so they can prescribe one of them. I generally recommend my patients to use either Alprazolam or Lorazepam.

Trust me, it is worth waiting a few more days, so you will get the full effect and benefits of Zoloft.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
