Omeprazole and Ranitidine are the safest!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Omeprazole and ranitidone are the safest. Cimetidine has not been very good over the years and being gradually withdrawn. I will suggest you stick to these two if you must take any. Others such as aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide can also be used safely in the short term.
