Question: I've Been on Diazapan 5mg 1 tab before bed for 6 mths for sever muscle spasm ! Also taking Citalopram 20mg. I haven't felt so health in years? Have tried reducing Diazapan taking half tab . After couple days my back starts to lock up , also don't get much sleep. My doctor said carry on your body must need these drugs.

my question is this safe long term???
