Question : Hi - I can't remember if I took my daily dose of 25mg Metoprolol - what, if anything, should I do? - thanks for your help.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that if you have forgotten to take this dose of Metoprolol, you may experience a higher heart rate and palpitations in the next hours.

If this happens, I would recommend taking another dose of 25mg of Metoprolol.

Otherwise, there is nothing to worry about!

I would not recommend taking an extra dose, without being sure that you have not taken it, because it can lower your heart rate and lead to bradycardia.

So, it is necessary to closely monitor your heart rate in the next hours.
