As for pain killers. Excess pain killers are bad for the kidney and liver. Specially the drugs called NSAIDs like Voveran, Brufen and Diclofenac. They can also lead to Peptic ulcers. So please avoid excess of these drugs. The safer pain killers would be Tramadol and Paracetamol which can be taken upto three times a day.
