Question : Hi i recently sniffed poppers and i have only done this a handful of times but didnt realise how bad they were will i be ok? I have ocd and i am really worried?

Hi i have sniffed poppers about twenty times and now i know that it is a drug i def wont be doing it again asi hate drugs. I was just worried incase i done somthing bad to myself. So i will be ok and healthy? Thanks
