Brief Answer:
Better to avoid regular use.

Detailed Answer:
hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.

It is better to avoid long term use of cremaffin as fecal softner, as this can cause side effects like anal irritation, foreign body granuloma etc and interfere with absorption of fat soluble vitamins.

Stool can be made soft by including enough fruits and vegetables in diet, drinking enough fluids, and reducing non vege/fast food/spicy/fatty items.

If piles causes frequent bleeding even after these precautions, it is better to undergo surgery which is a minor and effective procedure.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
