Question : Is there a chemical effect or any bad side effect when taking Hydroxychloroquine 200mg and decide to do mdma? My lupus is not active and I'm just trying to get out and have fun.

I appreciate your concern

MDMA is a stimulant and side effects include Tachycardia ( increases in heart rate ) raised blood pressure, confusion, dizziness, blackouts/ syncope, nausea, hallucinations , excess sweating. there is no specific documented interaction between MDMA and Hydroxychloroquine. But taking into account the lupus history, I would advise against going for the MDMA. You should consult your doctor before using it. he may advise you the minimum exposure that can be tolerated.
