Question : I am using Hyrax tablets for the last three years as a medicine for the itching on my skin. Does it causes any side effects using the drug for such a long time? Please advise.

Tab Hyrax is usually not given for over 4 months in patients. The long term side effect profile is good and does not cause any harm however some patients have reported dependency. I recommend that you approach your physician to re assess and stop Tab hyrax and switch over to some other anti histaminic agent.
