Question : If I have four band for Lyme test does it mean I have Lyme disease ?

Even 1-2 bands may be sufficient

If you have suggestive symptoms or signs, even 1 or 2 bands in Western Blot test may be sufficient to diagnose Lyme disease.

Much depends on the clinician who is interpreting the test.
