Question : Hello,
I have had chlamydia before and I know what the symptoms are and the symptoms I have now are exactly the same except the burning sensation, I do not have that, instead I am uncomfortable down there, aware of something not being right, itches internally I guess would be a good description. I went to the doctor and have a full panel STD test and everything came back negative. While that should make me happy, it doesn't, because now I still don't know whats wrong!

I went through your history. I can think of three possibilities:
1. No burning sensation. Only a feeling of discomfort and itching, Itching is not normally a symptom for Chlamydia. It could be due to your anxiety and hatred towards STD infection.
2.An associated Trichomonas infection (STD) could cause a feeling of itching inside the urethra. This to be ruled out.
3. Chronic prostatitis due to inadequate treatment of Chlamydia where symptoms of discomfort over perineum is common.
Consult a specialist who is an expert in the management of STD . A careful examination and investigation will confirm the diagnosis. Get well soon.
