What Are The Signs And Symptoms Of Concussion?

Question: Hi. Todsy when i was at dinner my friend that i was sitting next to pushed my bag to the side and as she did that- my bag/pocketbook hit or tapped the back of my head. I dont imagine this would cause a concission correct? This kind of thing im sure happens all the time and i shouldnt worry correct? Thanks so much.
