Hi
Please post the pic of skin condition for better clarification.
As per your description, the skin condition looks like Contact dermatitis. But,it has to be seen and confirmed by Dermatologist.
Regarding enlarged lymph nodes, you should get an FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology )of a lymph node.It is better to get FNAC of neck lymph node. If it is inconclusive, One lymph node has to be removed and send for histopathological examination (Biopsy).
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Nothing to worry.
Wish you good health.

I don't believe it to be contact dermatitis, as it doesn't seem to be linked to specific clothing / exposure. I'm fairly certain it is some sort of immune response
Brief Answer:
It has to be confirmed by Dermatologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
We go in favour of common conditions first. It could be ABCD (Air borne contact dermatitis ).The causative agent will not be known in many patients.
Lymphnode biopsy will give a clue whether the skin lesions are linked to it or not.
Please consult your doctor and get investigated.
Wish you good health.
