Hello,

the answer is no! Endocarditis requires invasion of pathogens into the bloodstream. The most common mode of transmission involves a serious infection like a febrile urinary tract infection with bacteremia. Pathogens may settle on a faulty valve and cause endocarditis. Sometimes they may even settle on a healthy valve.

Swallowing semen cannot possibly cause any of the above.
