Brief Answer:
Prediabetes is suggestive;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
The normal levels of blood sugar are;
- 70-105 mg/ dl fasting
- up to 140 postprandial.
Prediabetes:
-106-125 mg/ dl fasting
-140-200 mg/ dl postprandial.
Over 125 mg/ dl fasting and over 200 mg/ dl postprandial is considered Diabetes.
The values should be confirmed twice.
So, 193 mg/ dl postprandial is suggestive for prediabetes or postprandial intolerance glucose.
You should check it twice and check the HbA1c level too.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
