Question : every night legs(calf area, thigh area, foot and toe area) manage to XXXXXXX horse after a period of sleeping. I am 59 and work pretty hard in construction mostly standing. Could this be from any deficiency in my vitamin category or fluids?
Brief Answer:
you have 'restless leg syndrome'
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX you have 'restless leg syndrome'
This may be due to deficiency of B12, vitamin D, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium or vitamin E.
Please take a vitamin E preparation 400 mgs at night plus a Tylenol if really required. Meanwhile get all the levels tested and revert back to me.
You can also come back with further questions.
