Question : I fell asleep nursing my baby and she fell out of bed and hit her head. She has a rather sore looking line across her forehead where I assume she has hit my bedside table. She cried a little then was sleepy but I can wake her with a damp washcloth. She has a small bruise on her cheek as well. No vomiting or seizures. I'm unsure about loss of consciousness as it was in the middle of the night and she was sleepy anyway. She is moving ok but I'm still concerned
Brief Answer:
Observe the child

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query. You already know the ominous signs of head injury, so you know what to look for. Since the child is otherwise active I would not worry. Unless vomiting or seizures occur you need not grow concerned. But in case warning signs appear you would need to visit a doctor and get a CT Scan done.
Hopefully things would be fine.
