Brief Answer:
Needs to be evaluated .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have passed brown urine mixed with debris and raised PSA.(6).

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have any urinary symptoms like increased frequency, urgency, burning ,nocturnal frequency.etc suggestive of Enlarged prostate.?
2) Do you discomfort in perineal region?
3) Do you have pain while ejaculating ?

Brown urine mixed with debris is mainly due to UTI or Prostatitis.

Please get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and urine culture to rue out infection .
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.
3) Trans Rectal Ultrasound Scanning (TRUS).
4) Repeat PSA estimation after 2 weeks .
5) Semen examination and culture.

Raised PSA at this age is always suspected to be due to cancer of the prostate unless proved otherwise which has to be ruled out by doing Ultrasound Guided Multicore Biopsy of the Prostate .However I would suggest you to repeat the Serum PSA after taking antibiotics for 2 weeks .If it turns out to be above 4 then you will need to get biopsy done to rule out cancer of prostate.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried Sorry for interpretation of PSA.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
Since your PSA is 0.6 well within normal range It should be considered to be due to Urinary tract Infection

Please take medicines suggested earlier and repeat urine analysis after 10 days .

There is noting to be woried .
Thanks and Regards,
