Brief Answer:
if significant pain and/or bloating

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The symptoms can vary, persons can have some or all of them, they are usually : (1)bloating as you are experiencing
(2)discomfort, usually burning in upper abdomen or chest
(3)nausea, vomiting
(4)feel of food/drink coming back up- regurgitation
(5)acid taste in the mouth
(6)water brash- feeling of excess salivation
(7)cough- reflux is actually one of the more common reasons for chronic cough

If the bloating is severe or there is significant pain then it is possible to experience abnormal heart beats in response to this.

If the bloating or pain is not significant then you may need to be assessed for another cause of the abnormal heart rhythms.
An ECG and blood test (for anemia and thyroid hormone levels) may be needed.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
then likely related to bloating only

Detailed Answer:
HI

If the ECG and bloods (complete blood count, thyroid) are normal then the abnormal this means that there are no intrinsic heart related problems or no issues with the thyroid or anemia.

This would mean that the discomfort from bloating may be causing the symptoms.

Using reflux medication along with lifestyle changes would help.

Lifestyle changes are: (1) avoid acidic or spicy foods
(2)use small frequent meals instead of large meals
(3)chocolate, caffeine, tomatoes, mint can also cause reflux
(4)Avoid foods associated with excess gas production- broccoli, cabbage, turnips, beans, carbonated drinks, cauliflower, carbonated drinks

Please feel free to ask any other questions
