Question : I'm so confused I was told Im sick with kleptomaniac and looking back I must admit I am sick how do I fix this

Kleptomania is a impulse control disorder. In that case, you need medications in form of antidepressant like paroxetine, sertraline or escitalopram or mood stabilizer like oxcarbamazepine. That would help you to control your impulse for stealing things. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper treatment. You can also consult a psychologist for behavioral therapy in form of thoughts stoppage technique, relaxation exercise etc.
