Question : triped and fell at 7pm out side.hit head on tree an have a goose egg on left side of head .about 2 fingers behind ear..at 11 when was in bed felt nausa and threw up bile.ive been up since 3 am so im very tired.but when i threw up i wondered if it could be a concousion and if alright to go to sleep

If you continue feel nauseous all the time, or worsening headaches, confusion, any limb weakness, then you need prompt medical support. If you just feel fine from several hours, you can go to sleep.
