The autoimmune disease affecting blood are autoimmune haemolytic anaemia, vasculitis etc.

The symptoms are fatigue, weakness, sweating, fever, anemia, yellow colour of eye(jaundice) , muscular pain etc. These symptoms are not specific of any disease.

If autoimmune disease is suspected then it needs to be evaluated and treatment initiated.
