He says he will die in 2years. Can this be true. He says he has joint pains but hes pretty normal. drives car for long..doesnt get tired easily..
And he says doc told no treatment can be given as he s anyway going to die. and when i asked him for his report he says its confidential so that wont be provided to him. but i do know that reports are given .so can he really have cancer

Brief Answer:
Less likely to be cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, it is less likely that he is suffering from any cancer if these are the true things you are mentioning.
There are surely some symptoms of cancer, getting easily tired is surely one of them
There is no way that a cancer that can be predicted to kill a patient in exactly two years. Also there would be no medical professional who would not advice any chemotherapy or radiotherapy or surgery for a cancer that is going to be lethal after two years. A lot can change in two years.

Hope this clarifies. Feel free to ask for clarifications.

Brief Answer:
hi, not heard of guys with such stamina

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

its rare or unheard of guys or patients having this type of stamina in blood cancer.

Blood cancer usually gets caught in a simple blood test called Complete blood test or CBC. Lure him to get it done saying you are concerned and want to know how the disease is progressing.
You can also take him to donate blood for someone or just on your or his b'day to make it memorable or some other occasions. Blood bank people if find something wrong will call you back. Be careful in providing your phone number in feed back form.

In case you can get his MRD or CA number, an identification number given to all patients of big hospitals, you can log into the hospital site and access his reports.

Good luck in pursuit of truth.

The biopsy report and all other reports are given to the patient right irrespective of any hospital..

Brief Answer:
yes

Detailed Answer:
As per my awareness, most important reports are handed over to the patient. If you have his id - MRD NO. /CA no, you may be able access the reports.
