Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
Closed head injury may present with the following symptoms-
Headache,seizures,loss of consciousness,vision abnormalities,dizziness,nausea/vomiting.
However,'closed head injury' as such in absence of any symptom hardly carry any significance.
If your CT scan is normal and neurological examination has ruled out anything worrisome, then I would rather say that you need to be reassured that you are fine.
These are probably post-traumatic psychogenic effects.
Hope that helps. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
