(i) Sudden change in bowel habits over few days to weeks. A patient who is having normal stools will experience constipation or diarrhea or change in consistency of stools which it not explained by any other medical condition.

(ii) Rectal bleeding, blood in stools or dark stools.

(iii) A feeling of incomplete bowel emptying after passing stools.

(iv) On-Off Pain in abdomen.

(v) Weight loss which cannot be explained and generalized tiredness.
