Question : Hello, I banged my head on a sprinkler pipe while working. I was cleaning something and when I got up bang! On the top center of my head. Now I haven't had any symptoms of a concussion but I keep reading things online and now my anxiety is off the charts. It all happend around 4 days ago, and I keep waiting for some sort of symptom and it's driving me crazy. What would exactly happen if there was a problem would it be very noticeable, would there be ringing in your ears like steady or for a few seconds and what about vision, When would it be safe to say I'm okay?

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

I would say that you have no reason to fear much. After 4 days it is extremely unlikely to develop anything, usually symptoms appear in the first 24 hours.

Anyway symptoms to look at would be intense headache, vomiting, double vision, weakness of the limbs on one side, confusion or behavior abnormalities, seizures.

As I said however after 4 days you shouldn't worry much.
