Upper and lower extremities are commonly affected in degenerative spine with nerve radicles compression.It may result in weakness,tingling or impaired sensations in extremities.

Trunk,perianal and inguinal area may also get affected.

My pelvis is completely out of line and presses on nerves affects knees and legs and causes me be nausea sometimes doctor says irritated nerves can cause all kinds of issues because it affects everything

Anti-neuralgic medicines like pregabalin,amitriptyline or duloxetine may be used to treat neuropathic symptoms.If underlying cause is known like Diabetes,then treatment of the underlying cause is the most important.
