The indicators of XXXXXXX bleeding from stomach or intestines depend upon the nature of bleeding.and site of bleeding.

In case of acute active bleeding from upper G.I.Tract one will have following symptoms.
1) Haematemesis (Vomiting of dark coloured fresh blood )
2) Signs of Cardiogenic shock like sweating, low blood pressure ,uneasiness etc
3)Acute pain in abdomen.

In case of chronic bleeding from the upper G.I.tract the symptoms would be
1) Anaemia (fall in Haemoglobin level) due to chronic blood loss.
2) Loss of appetite.
3) Passing black coloured stools
4) Chronic dull pain in abdomen
5)Fatigue, Weakness due to reduced haemoglobin levels
6) Indigestion.
7) Jaundice

In case of bleeding from lower G.I tract or large intestines symptoms would be
1) Passing fresh blood in stools .
2) Pain in lower abdomen
3) Pain in peri-anal region
4) Fatigue,weakness etc.

Elevated pulse all day today 103 lowest at rest; 131 highest during a very slow, level wal. 'My normal pulse" varies from 65 to 92 with activity.Levels recorded with BP since Sep 1911.

Oxygen saturation levels have been about 5 points higher than "normal." Today 98 - 94......Normal 92 to 96 depending on activity.
