Brief Answer:
following advice...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

The most common symptoms associated with hypokalemia (low potassium blood levels) are:
- Heart palpitations, skipped beats or other cardiac arrhythmias
- Fatigue
- Constipation
- Neurological signs such as numbness, tingling or dizziness.
- Muscular spasm and pain.

In order to correct potassium levels I would like to recommend:
- eating bananas
- drink fresh orange juice
- if you are taking water pills you should also take potassium sparing diuretic such as spironalactone to avoid hypokalemia.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
