+Cough that does not respond to any medications or therapy
+Dyspnea (shortness of breath)
+Lethargy
+Weakness
+Poor tolerance for physical activity
+Hoarseness of voice
+Weight loss
+Loss of appetite
+Blood in sputum
+Chest pain
+Wheezing
+Headaches
and a few others.

Discomfort in the chest does not always point towards lung cancer, and can be anything from a gastric issue, to a simple lung infection or inflammation (e.g. bronchitis).
