Question : I am noticing signs of malabsorption for a few weeks, I also have some pale stools and sometimes get pain in my back. I have an appointment with a gastroenterologist coming up but I feel like since im losing muscle weight this is urgent. What is ny best treatment strategy?

Malabsorbtion syndrome can not be labelled without a workup

If you have any other bowel symptoms like, frequency of stool, urgency, mucus or blood in stool, reflux, distention after meals etc get back to me with the information

If it is other than MAS I will treat you accordingly or else will suggest a workup
