Brief Answer:
She needs to be examined by a doctor if certain signs appear.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome to HCM.

I appreciate your concern for your beloved daughter who is suffering from fever, headache, and sometime vomiting.

It could be a simple viral fever which may subside after a couple of days with Crocin every 6th hrly along with tepid sponging and adequate hydration in the form of oral fluids & fruit juices.

Her consciousness is not impaired.
However, if you notice her neck stiffness and the pain that makes it difficult to touch her chin to her chest or if she gets confused or disoriented or can not tolerate a bright light, you must take her immediately to a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope this answers your query, however I shall be available to attend your follow up query.

Meanwhile give her plenty of oral fluids and fruit juices along with tepid sponging to reduce her body temperature.

Best regards.
