Question : Hey I'm waiting on another answer but how would I know that my headaches are not migraines. I have had a lot of those for about a week now and always start from the back of my head up and noise makes worst
Brief Answer:
Likely migraine
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If the following symptoms are present with headache, then it is most likely to be migraine:
1. nausea and vomiting
2. dizziness
3. photophobia, i.e. aggravation by light
4. phonophobia, i.e. aggravation by sound
You are most likely having migaine, however a proper evaluation and examination by a neurologist will help you reach to a diagnosis and get appropriate management.
