Question : Hey I'm waiting on another answer but how would I know that my headaches are not migraines. I have had a lot of those for about a week now and always start from the back of my head up and noise makes worst

If the following symptoms are present with headache, then it is most likely to be migraine:
1. nausea and vomiting
2. dizziness
3. photophobia, i.e. aggravation by light
4. phonophobia, i.e. aggravation by sound
