I had an ultra sound 5 months ago that revealed a 2cm mass on one ovary and a complex cyst on the other about the same size. No ca 125. Gyno said I should follow up.

some bloating

My period still comes pretty regularly but shorter intervals. No spotting

no meds

Ive been suffering off and on for about a month now.

It can be due to functional ovarian cyst and can be resolved by its own.
So wait and watch for one month and repeat ultrasound scan after one month.
Because ovarian cancer are very rare and may usually occur after 50 yrs.( you are not having any symptoms of weight loss,loss of appetite etc.)
