Thanks for the query.
Pancreatitis is inflammation of pancreas and generally causes nausea,vomiting,pain in upper abdomen which sometimes radiates to back and sometimes fever also.
But since such type of symptoms can occur in various other problems like acute cholecystitis,gastric ulcer,myocardial infarction,colon obstruction etc, you need to get examined and properly investigated by the doctor to find the exact cause for it.
You would need to get the blood tests,ultrasound abdomen,chest X ray,MRI of abdomen etc to differentiate and find the exact diagnosis.
