Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. You seem to have developed Sinusitis.

2. An ENT examination will help check the nose, sinuses and ears.

3. You can start steam inhalation and OTC anti-allergic decongestants. You will require a prescription for other medications.

4. If this does not settle, get PNS (Para Nasal Sinus) X-rays or a plain CT Scan. Upload the reports here.
