is it a blister?
Brief Answer:
Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Based on the images you uploaded, it appears to be a punched out ulcerated lesion. If there is no history of trauma , burns or contact dermatitis then a biopsy of the edges and the core should be advised. Empirically , topical antibiotics and steroid combination can be advised for healing the area adequately. Fusidic acid plus clobetasol propionate can be prescribed empirically.
