I am Dr.Kakkar(Dermatologist). I have reviewed the images.

I can see a skin colored to brownish raised sessile growth which doesn't seems like a mole to me. Its morphology resembles more of a wart - rough, irregular, papillomatous surface.

How long since you have noticed it?
Where is it located?

Hi, thanks for your reply.

It has been here for a few months now. When it first appeared it bled a few times. Its located just above my belt line on my tummy.
