The main way to evaluate/ diagnose ADHD ( attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) and Sensory Integration Disorder in children is clinical evaluation by a children's Psychiatrist and neurotransmitters levels tests are used to help confirm the clinical findings.

Neurotransmitters involved in ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) are norepinephrine and dopamine, while neurotransmitter involved in Sensory Integration Disorder is serotonin.
