Brief Answer:
Surgical tendon release is helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

Following therapies will help to treat hamstring tightness.

1.Tendon release procedures.which are primarily surgical and a last resort to management.

2.Botox injections can be used in acute states associated with severe muscle pain.

3.AROM/active range of motion.- exercises are particularly more important. This includes elastic crepe bandage for compression, icing for 20 min,4 times a day.

Knee immobilisation in extension for 5 days will prevent contractures and further damage.
Isometric exercises are performed at various knee angles in increments of 20 degrees

4.Analgesics like naproxen in painful episodes.

5.An MRI scan and orthopedic consultation will help.
