Well, you need to visit either a Vascular Surgeon (first preference) or a plastic surgeon for a thorough check-up and investigations (i.e. Color Doppler scan of both lower limbs, MR angiogram etc.)...based on the findings, the next step of management can be decided (management is usually microsurgical and laser ablation therapy)...
