Question : have an impacted bowel and can not pass it. I took two suppositories about 6 hours apact but they did not help.

no bowel movement in last five days. have urge but can not pass anything

As you have tried almost everything just go to digital evacuation of bowel. It involves the use of fingers to aid in the removal of stool from the rectum. Stool is emptied by gently inserting a finger into the rectum and removing it. Once done start taking a laxative daily to prevent further impaction.
