Question : AM TAKING DOXYCYCLINE FOR A FEW WEEKS ERGO BACKING OFF ON CALCIUM. AMOUNG THE THINGS I NEED TO AVOID OR WORK AROUND IS CALCIUM. I'M NOT HAVING A PROBLEM WITH TIMING ON ANYTHING BUT VEGETABLES. ARE THERE A N Y VEGETABLES YOU KNOW OF THAT ARE CALCIUM FREE? DI DO KNOW HOW TO AVOID IRON FOR PERIOD OF TIME ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHER THINGS. IALSO TAKE LTHYROXINE AND IRON AND HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH ADJUSTING. ANYWAY ANY NON CALCIUM VEGGIES? THANK YOU! Carrot does not contain calcium.
cauliflower, sweet potato, cooked potatoes.
cooked vegetables,yam contains very less calcium.
