Since you miss your treatment (diltiazem) for 5 days now, you shouldn't worry about withdrawal symptoms.

After five days there's no risk for withdrawal symptoms. Patients who stop diltiazem may experience tachycardia and palpitations 24-48 hours after quiting treatment.
