Question : Is it safe to come off of .5 Klonopin after using it once a day for 7 days straight? Would a taper be nessecary?
I usually take it PRN 2x per week, but was stressed and used for a whole week.

It would be safe to simply stop the Klonopin after using 0.5mg once a day for 7 days in a row. This is very unlikely to result in withdrawal. Usually withdrawal only develops after taking this medication daily for 2-4 weeks. If withdrawal does occur, simply taper off by lowering the dose to 0.25mg daily for a week, then stop it.
